It's very difficult to judge a company on comparative basis as far as employee demand are concerned for example if you are asking about company working culture,it's employee friendly scheme,Company policy and growth opportunity, Promotions etc.Each and every company has it;s own policy regarding all of above now the decision is yours whether you like one's policy or other.
As far as global exposure is concerned then Ericson is far ahead than TCS but it doesn't mean that TCS is not giving global exposure to it's employee for example....go through the link given below where TCS has signed a five year contract with Ericson

It will better that while getting offer letter yo discus all these aspects with the concerned HR person f that company and then judge yourself instead of listening someone else
