My aieee 2010 all India rank is 13349 which college shall i apply?

You can apply in all top NITs as last year there were 20 NITs and 10 new NITs has been added this year so this year cutoff list will go low and chances of getting admission will be more so here is a link for youwhere you can get the cutoff of last year(institute wise)
