Hi,
I have done MBA (HR) in 2009 after completing my B.Sc (bio-tech). MY MBA degree is from Rajasthan Technical university.
After my marriage I have shifted to Pune.
I have been looking for job for around 1 year here through job portals but could not find them .
I wanted to know what else course or further studies i should do which could help me to get job in HR field. |

As such there is no need to go for any other course after MBA itself because MBA is itself a professional course and having a huge opportunity in corporate sector.In starting you may face difficulty in getting a job because of your university but grab a job first without looking for great salary and company .After that you can change your job accordingly.Try hard and keep searching through Job Portals ass well as job fairs which are frequently organised in Pune.improve your weaknesses and be confident while giving interviews which is the key factor of any successful interviews.Best of luck
