sir i have done MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipla University now i m
getting job offers for hr executive in consultancies only while i want
job in companies, my question is i have only bookish knowledge as it was
the distance learning program so for getting more chances of good
job(HR) what course should i do and what will be the fee (approx),
duration. What does the course involve(content they teach). pls guide
me |

First of all most of the students are having bookish knowledge only after they had their MBA degree so it does not matter whether you have done it through regular mode or distance mode and why you want to leave that job.It's a good opportunity for you just grab the job and after 1-2 year you can get a good job easily in any other company of your choice.In corporate sector it is very difficult to get your first job and very easy to switch it any time so grab the opportunity it will add into your CV and enhance your chances for getting a job further.
There is no point in doing other distance courses after your HR course yes once you will be in sector then you can do someexecutive MBA courses for further enhancement .
