I have done BCA 2009 passed and a certificate course in s/w
testing i am interested in development instead of doing MCA what can i
do for a bright future

If you are interested in development then you can search for some job which give you the same job profile you are already working in testing which is indirectly related to development you just try to convenience your seniors or team leader that you want to join development team
MCA will give you an additional advantage in career growth and job prospective so do it if you are having the time
