There are over 1,50,000 trained homeopaths in the country. Many of them work in government hospitals and dispensaries. Recruitment for these jobs is conducted by the UPSC and the respective State Public Service Commissions.
Opportunities are also available in private nursing homes and polyclinics. Medical colleges, training institutions and medical councils recruit doctors for purposes of teaching and research.
Although there are opportunities in govt. bodies, many homeopaths opt for private practice. If you are hesitant to start off on your own, working with an established homeopath for a while would help you gain the necessary confidence.
After BHMS post graduate degree courses are there in subjects Materia Medica, Homeopathic Philosophy and Repertory which spread over three years including one year of house job or equivalent.
There isn't much in non medical field after BHMS except Masters in Hospital Management.

of Medicine in Homeopathy) with specialisations Practice of Medicine,
Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Homeopathic Materia Medica, Organon of

Pharmacy.

- Government Homoeopathic Medical College at Thiruvananthapuram
and Kozhikode offer M.D. (Hom) Materia Medica, Homoeopathic Philosophy,
Repertory, Practice of Medicine and Pharmacy. The eligibility criterion
is BHMS degree or its equivalent as declared by the Central Council of
Homoeopathy. Those who have completed the prescribed internship on or
before the last date for submission for application alone are eligible
for admission. The admission is based on performance at entrance test.

- Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai offers three-year M.Sc
Anatomy. The eligibility criterion is BHMS/ MBBS/ BDS/ BUMS/ BAMS/
BSMS/ B. Sc Allied Health Sciences/ B.Sc. Zoology/ Botany/ Chemistry/
Life Sciences/ Biosciences/ Medical laboratory Technology.

- Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal offers M. Sc
Dental Materials. The eligibility criterion is BHMS/ B.Sc with at least
one subject of Biological Sciences/ BAMS/ BPT/ B. Pharm/ BDS. The
admission is based on marks obtained in qualifying examination.

Another option for you is hospital administration. With the
increasing popularity of homeopathy, hospitals and clinics that render
services exclusively of homeopathic system are coming up.
People with good administration skills, preferably homeopathy
doctors are needed to manage them. So, the area of hospital
administration is promising for homeopathy doctors. The course can also
be helpful when you start your own set up.
