Established by NIIT in association with , ICICI Bank, IFBI reflects
the strengths of both these parents. NIIT's expertise in the design and
conduct of distributed non-formal education and its experience of
manpower-development for India's IT sector, are combined with ICICI
Bank's domain-knowledge across the spectrum of financial services and
its leadership status within the BFSI sector. All offerings from IFBI
are application oriented and incorporates industry requirements. IFBI

IFBI for Individuals IFBI for Individuals
Since
September 2006, IFBI has launched over 7000 careers in leading
organizations of the Banking and Financial Services Industry. Today
over 20 leading organizations as recruiters of IFBI students including
ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra, New India Cooperative Bank,
Bajaj Capital, HDFC Securities, Dhanlakshmi Bank Limted, etc.

sector. Since May’ 2006 , IFBI has conducted many corporate training

Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations
IFBI's Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations is a program
designed for launching faster careers in banking organizations. This
program is offered with unique advantage of a provisional appointment
letter* from ICICI Bank ( For Academic Session Jan 2010 - Mar 2010),
one of India’s largest private sector bank.
BFS (Banking & Financial Services) Career Series
IFBI has launched a new set of career programs under it's "BANKING AND
FINANCIAL SERVICES (BFS) curriculum" – a four term program series which
enables the student to broad base his or her career options in the BFSI
sector. Program Titles offered under Banking and Financial Services
(BFS) Curriculum Series:
On completion of Term Program Title
Term- IV Honours Diploma in Banking & Financial Services (HDBFS)**
Term- III Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Financial Services (PGDBFS)*
Term-II Diploma in Banking & Financial Services (DBFS)
Term-I Certificate in Banking & Financial Services (CBFS)
*If a student successfully completes Term I,II and III before appearing
for final year of exam of Bachelor's Degree, the student will be
awarded "Advanced Diploma in Banking and Financial Services (ADBFS).
**Term IV can be commenced only after graduation.
Diploma in Finance & Accounting
The Diploma in Finance and Accounting develops practical accounting
skills, ability to manage financial accounts and interpret financial
statements.
Insurance Learn Earn Advanced Program (ILEAD) - with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance
IFBI, under the umbrella of 'Industry Academia Partnership' with ICICI
Prudential Life Insurance offers ILEAD (Insurance Learn Earn Advance
Program). The objective of the iLEAD is to build a pool of insurance
professionals, who can sustain the growing momentum of the sector and
help it achieve new levels of profitability and customer
responsiveness.

IFBI
aims to become the preferred training partner for the BFSI (Banking,
Financial Services and Insurance) sector. In a short span of a year,
