to become the CEO/CFO in a company ,you should have a proper qualification and experience ,means your CA is not enough for this it will be better if you do MBA in finance from a well recognised university if you want to do that in a short span of time,like form IIMs or there are many other good institute like, XLRI,MDI,FMS etc for more information about these institute and there courses here is a link for you
