Any bank does not provide education loan only on the basis of state or college.There are so many factors involved.If you are getting admission in any government college where placement used to be good generally then you will get it easily but if you are getting admission in any private engineering college then it may creat a problem because then it depends whether you can get a job easily after completion of your engineering, say if you are in computer science, electronics or IT then you can easily get a job in software industry even in a private college and they can give you a education loan for that.So it will be better that you meet them i person
