First a registration from US Dental council will be required. AN IELTS exam with 7 bands (over all ) & GRE exams need to clear. After that one can apply to the concerned University. After getting offer letter from the University one can apply for visa to the Embassy. Check USA Health Medicine.
You need to clear NBDE to pursue MDS in USA After taking the test you
need to take TOFEL/IELTS if your native language is not English.
For detailed information about your field, I suggest you ask one of
your professors or someone who works in your field for the name of an
American university that is considered strong in that subject. Go to
the website of the university they suggest and read the sections for
international students and for the department of the field you want to
study. Those websites should answer your questions about admission to
a course of study.
