Right now it is not possible to rectify your mistake but at the time of admission there will be two cases
1.If you belong to some reserved category like SC,ST,OBC and you filled it in General by mistake then it will create an issue because you will be put in general category and will be given admission in general category there may be some rectification at the time of admission but chances are very less because they will ask you for reason
2.If you belong to General category and by mistake you have filled any reserved category then at the time of admission you will be asked to show cast certificate but if you will not produce the same then you will be given admission in general category so there is no loss in it
