If you want to get a good job in engineering field than you should have a good engineering degree form a good and reputed institute like IIT,NIT,BITS,DTU,ANNA university and many top engineering colleges.For getting into these institute you have to give their respective entrance exam like IIT,AIEEE,BITSAT .You can get more information about theses exam from the link given below
