For your information chances of getting a education loan for P.hD is very few because the tenure of P.hD is not fixed and it is mot under professional course category which is the criteria for giving the education loan (in case of most banks).But i can suggest you some other means like you can join P.hD trough some scholarship funding or you can do it through some fellowship like JRF in which you will be paid while doing your P.hD.Still i will give you a link where you can find information about education loan provided by different banks and will suggest you to go through this and visit your nearest branch for more details
