Yes it is possible but it depend upon so many factors like
Your capacity to take another loan
Your track record of repayment of existing home loan or any other loan
Your remaining loan principal amount
and may be many more that may vary form bank to bank but it will be easy if you apply form the same bank (you have taken loan already) because most of the things they know already so i will suggest you to visit your nearest bank branch for more detail
