Is it ok to drop for 1 year for coaching my age is 17 now and i am in 12th standerd. |

Drop one year if you are having one of the following condition
- You have not given any entrance exam his year
- You are not getting admission into any good college this year
- You did not get a good rank because of some inevitable reason like bad health, some silly mistake, lack of preparation, lack of coaching
- and if you are confidant enough that you can crank a good exam like IIT, AIEEE, BITS, DTU etc with a good rank
otherwise join any good college and don't waste your one year but choose college very carefully.Here is a link for you where you can find some guideline for selection of college and branch
