I got a education loan from SBI .2004 i got.but i finished at
2007.after that i never got job.on between i got a heavy injured
accident...one year i am in bed rest.but bank people send a legal letter
... i don't know what to do..plz send some suggestion |

As per most of the bank rules you have to start repayment of loan after getting your job or after six month of completion of courses whichever is earlier.As in your case it is more that one year then legal notice from bank is expected but one thing you can do is meet your bank manager personally and inform him about the real condition.May be there are some relaxation for such cases and if you can convince them that you can get a job easily after your bed rest the it can be postponed further
