Yes there are chances of getting a good college if you have given some engineering entrance exam like IIT-JEE, AIEEE,DCE,BITSAT,VITEE or any state engineering exam because most of the top engineering college give admission on the basis of your score or rank in entrance exam.
If you have given any of the exam mentioned above the chances of getting a good college depend upon your rank and if you have not then there are few colleges which give admission on the basis of your 10+2 marks join them
