It depends on many factors and involve a lot of official checks like verification of all of your documents ,your courses and college , your gurrantor (if any) but they generally provide it before your admission date.Generally PSU baks take more time in this process as compared to private banks,So i will suggest you that keep asking about your application status so that you got it before due date
