If any student from other country as Bangladesh and Nepal or either Bhutan and a very tough student such as a highest scorer in any department and he want to get loan in India for further studies then whether he will get or not? |

Yes you can get it as most of the banks are having provision for that,but you have to fulfill their other criteria like institute in which you are taking admission should be in their approved list of institute and courses in which you want to take admission should be a professional course.You can get more detailed information about such banks form here
