Sir..
i would like to know for courses in architecture. what is the minimum
percentage in class 12th to be able to get through. the form says 50% i
hav 80% . will i be considered seriously to for a seat? speaking
realistically with all the competetion around?

there are different criteria of different entrance exam but it vary from 50-60 % you have to qualify any of the entrance examinations like All India Engineering Entrance Examination or AIEEE conducted by the Central Board of Secondary `Education (CBSE) or the National Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the National Institute of Advanced Studies and Architecture.
some of the qualities like excellent drawing abilities, clarity of thought, creativity, strong aesthetic sense and social awareness are also inmportant
