Since you have already qualified UGC NET so you can easily become a lecturer in any India university and after that on the basis of your seniors recommendation you can go abroad for higher studies as well as for job.It can also help you in getting a scholarship easily otherwise it will be too expensive.I will suggest you that you join some good university like DU,JNU, etc and keep searching for good opportunities
