I have attended SBI clerical interview.. Now i am working in a
reputed software MNC. if i get SBI clerk job can i resign my
software job?

Of courses you can resign your job anytime and if you are asking for my suggestion then i will say that follow your hearts and go for it if you are interested in bank job then go for it.
