You can attend counseling or not it does not depend on your marls but on your rank and for your information it will be written on your rank card whether you are eligible for central counseling or not for more information about AIEEE central counseling you can visit the official site
AIEEE Counseling
and if youa re not eleigibl in central counseling then do not worry you can take part in various state counseling like Uttaraklhand, Haryana, Maharsahtar etc which give admission in their engineering college on the basis of your AEEE rank, for more information you can ask again
