if you had appeared in
BITSAT-2010 but your marks were below the cut-off marks then as advertised subject to eligibility conditions you can apply
again for BITSAT-2010. or there is no other option for you

If you have given AIEEE or any other state engineering entrance exam then you can take admission in any other good college.Few NITs are very good as compared to BITSAT so don't worry and go ahead
