year still its is not cleared want to do i does want to wast my year can i

Yes you can go for job or any courses for which minimum academic qualification is 12th and not graduation since your graduation is not complete yest.I will suggest you that put some more hard work and take coaching if possible to clear your backlog because t will help you to find job with your graduation degree
