yes you can easily get a loan for 8 lacks for studies in abroad ,
if you are studying in India then loan amount cannot exceed more then 4 lacs yes you can get loan amount of 8 lacs in India by some private sector bank or some nationalize bank after giving some security for more details visit your nearest bank
