See your rank card carefully it will be written there f you are eligible for central counseling or not if you are not then no problem you can take part in any of the state counseling like Uttarakhand, Maharshtra, Haryana which give admission in their state college on the basis of AIEEE rank for more information about AIEEE counseling process visit the following link
