As an outsider and with your rank in IPU you can easily get admission in private colleges but are they good in terms of education, infrastructure, facility, placement?Just check before getting admission.Here is a good article for you which will help you in selecting a good engineering college

Whatever college you have mentioned in UPTU all are good college and the most selected by students after government colleges so if you get admission any one of them just go through it.I think at your rank you ca make it still i will suggest you that go through the last year opening closing rank of each college that information you can easily get from UPTU counseling site
