I am in last year of diploma in computer engg. and i m thinking of
changing my trade in b.tech. Should i go for this or not.If yes then
which trade?

First ask yourself following question?
1.You want to change the branch because you are not interested or it look tough to you>
2.You want to change it because yo don't see much opportunity in it or someone else want to change your branch?
if your answer is 1st then it ma be a good decision but you have to work hard for this because any other branch will have totally different subjects but it will not be much different because you will take admission in second year of B.Tech and it will almost same as a boy come from first year of B.Tech
but if your answer is second or anything else then i will suggest please don't do it because without any solid reason it will be wastage of your three year of diploma
